Phil is an experienced Wealth Management sector leader, with 18 years of contribution to roles in both industry and, as a management consultant. Prior to joining Solve, Phil has amassed considerable experience in operations and transformation, spearheading and executing large-scale strategic programmes for both UK and globally located Wealth Managers.

He has a depth of experience in delivering within business-led technology implementations (digital and data), target operating model design, operational efficiency and proposition development initiatives.
