What was needed

Engaged by the vendor, who identified they needed expert support with their large Wealth Manager client’s proof of concept (c£30b AUM)

  • Introduced to the client early in the process
  • Set out our deliverables:
    • Documentation of Desired Business Outcomes and success criteria for the initiative
    • Mapping the current state process and agreeing the pain points the Wealth Manager client wanted to address. These informed the measures to add to the success criteria
    • Mapping the future state process. This was used to help position the solution with the proof-of-concept team and was used in the full roll out across the client’s front office teams
  • Regular communications and updates with the vendor and the client
