Edward has over 12 years’ experience in Wealth Management, Fintech and Financial Services. He began his career as an Investment Manager at Brewin Dolphin, where he managed client investments and relationships, while serving as a Front Office subject matter expert, helping design and implement new business processes and target operating models.

Later, Edward expanded into fintech, working in crypto & institutional digital assets in Japan as Head of Corporate Planning and Chief of Staff to the CEO, where he led strategic initiatives, managed investor due diligence and supported capital raises. Throughout his career, he has delivered multiple business change projects, including performance measurement implementation, client journey optimization and CRM redesign.

Edward enjoys solving complex problems in creative ways, putting systems in place that support business goals and has a keen interest in exploring how AI can improve business practices and efficiency. He is fluent in Italian with conversational Japanese and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
