Lesley has nearly 40  years experience in financial services and asset management. She retired from Artemis Investment Management in May 2024 having spent eight years as COO, prior to that Lesley was at Henderson Global Investors for fourteen years, the last five as COO. She joined Solve in November 2025 as a senior advisor and non-executive director.

Lesley has extensive experience in leading significant operational change including acquisitions, integrations, restructuring and management of outsource service provider. She has worked in most areas of asset management over the years including equities, product, project management and operations, this gives her a deep understanding of the industry.
