Sally has over 25 years of experience in Financial Services. Originally from a Fintech background, working as a trainer and an implementation consultant, she transitioned to working for a boutique Wealth Management firm, Saunderson House, in 2007. Here, she held various roles, initially as a self-employed consultant, delivering change projects and managing teams. Her role prior to joining Solve was Head of Client Service for Rathbones Financial Planning. Having held leadership roles, Sally has a proven track record of driving up capability and in achieving operational resilience. Her focus is on delivering good client outcomes within a scalable, compliant, framework. She has a keen interest in making the best use of technology to improve the client and employee experience.

She has presided over key software changes, brand new initiatives, and platform migrations; managing process changes, training, and implementation. She was part of the team that scoped and implemented the new target operating model and the necessary organisational design changes during the Rathbones / Saunderson House integration in 2021 and the subsequent Rathbones / Investec merger in 2024.
