Our client was a large full-service wealth manager who was acquiring another similar business to achieve operating scale.
The client required assistance in reviewing and delivering the target operating model across their different workstreams including the front office, operations, technical, people and risk & compliance.
They were looking for expertise to deliver on their integration program working with their existing internal team to ensure a smooth transition to the new operating model and infrastructure. Alongside this, they were merging two businesses and needed an organisational model that delivered the optimum organisational structure.
Due to the scale of their business, there was significant potential for this to be a disruptive event and asked Solve to lead the program across its different workstreams.
