Tracie has been in the financial services industry for nearly two decades working as both a practitioner and an advisor, consulting with various firms across Europe. She brings deep expertise in risk management, operations, M&A post-integration, and digital transformation, with a particular focus on the Private Banking, Asset Management, and Wealth Management sectors.

Tracie has led businesses and teams across multiple geographies in different facets of a business cycle from established environments to corporate start-ups. She was previously the Head of Operational Risk for a global Private Bank prior to transitioning into the Head of Operations for the build out of a new digital investment offering for private clients.

In recent years, Tracie has led several strategic, advisory and delivery projects including M&A post-merger integrations, Consumer Duty readiness and Operational Resilience reviews and product feasibility assessments across the European market.

Her roles have consistently required strategic thinking, commercial acumen, intricate stakeholder engagement, and complex problem-solving. Tracie’s ability to blend strategic insight with hands-on delivery has enabled her to implement practical, risk-aware solutions that achieve desired results.
